Data controller
Zen belongs to Central de Compras Dapac, S.L., data controller under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
Purposes
- Answering queries, requests or orders sent through the available channels.
- Managing the business relationship with users, customers and partners.
- Carrying out market research and statistical analysis.
- Sending news, offers or marketing messages where consent exists.
Legal basis
Processing may be based on the user’s consent, on handling a request or contractual relationship and, where applicable, on the controller’s legitimate interest.
Retention and recipients
Data will be kept only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose and the legal retention periods. No disclosure to third parties is envisaged except providers needed to deliver the service, subject to the confidentiality and processing obligations required by law.
Rights
You may withdraw your consent and exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
