Formulated to reduce the kidney’s workload. Its minimal phosphorus (0.08%) and sodium (0.06%) help slow the progress of kidney damage, and its high biological value protein maintains muscle mass without generating excess waste in the blood.

It includes fish oil as a source of omega 3, a natural anti-inflammatory that also improves palatability, decisive in cats eating little because of their illness.

For an average-weight adult cat, 3 cans per day divided into two or more meals. This is the manufacturer’s guide: the vet sets the individual plan according to weight, diagnosis and progress.

Once opened, cover, refrigerate and use within 24 hours. Always provide fresh water.

For temporary failure the recommendation is 2 to 4 weeks. In chronic cases the initial period is up to 6 months, and the vet decides whether it becomes the lifelong diet.

About this
diet

These are general answers: the prescribing vet has the final say.

It reduces the kidney’s workload with low phosphorus and sodium. Its high biological value protein maintains muscle while producing less nitrogen waste.

A damaged kidney does not filter them well. Keeping them low helps prevent hypertension and further damage to kidney tissue.

Only if your vet recommends it. Mixing dilutes the formula’s effect and may reintroduce what it was intended to exclude.
